Water flosser & electric toothbrush manufacturer
Product development · Core component development · Product engineering · Testing · Manufacturing
We manufacture two product categories for overseas B2B buyers — and what sits behind that manufacturing is not assembly alone.
A manufacturer of two product categories
Two cooperation models sit on that base: OEM, where a mature platform is configured, branded and packed for your market, and ODM, where your own design or concept is engineered, validated and manufactured.
We are a water flosser and electric toothbrush manufacturer based in Dongguan, Guangdong. Our overseas business covers exactly two categories — water flossers and electric toothbrushes — and both run through the same plant, the same engineering team and the same quality system.
Water pumps are developed and manufactured in-house, but they are not a third sales category: that capability sits behind the water flosser, not next to it.
Mature platform, your brand
- Product selection and configuration
- Colour and logo
- Packaging and accessories
- Market-specific options
Your design, engineered to production
- Customer design, concept or reference
- Larger changes on an existing product
- Engineer → validate → manufacture
One capability chain, from product to stable mass production
These are not separate selling points. They are one chain, and each link depends on the one before it.
-
01
Product development
A product requirement starts here: what is being made, for which market, at which price point and in which configuration. Those decisions are taken before anything is tooled.
-
02
Water pump capability
Core component development
For water flossers we develop and manufacture our own water jet pumps. This is internal capability, not a sales category — and it is the reason pressure, flow, noise, lifetime and product stability can be controlled rather than simply assembled.

03
Product engineering
A design or a requirement does not go straight to production. Structure, tolerances, tooling feasibility and validation criteria are worked out first.
-
04
Testing & validation
Before volume starts, products are verified: pressure, flow, leakage, waterproofing, noise, aging, battery and charging behaviour, and final inspection.
-
05
Manufacturing
Validated products enter the plant: incoming materials, assembly, in-process checks and packing, on the same lines that will run the repeat orders.
-
06
Stable mass production
The end of the chain, and the only result that matters commercially: output that holds batch after batch, order after order.
How those capabilities reach the line
A 7,000 m² plant in Dongguan with 16 production lines and a monthly capacity of 200,000 pcs. The flow below is the actual path a product takes through it.

- Assembly
- In-process inspection

- Shipment
Incoming materials
Components and materials are checked before they enter the line — manufacturing begins before assembly.
Assembly
Operator teams across 16 lines, 200,000 pcs of monthly capacity.
In-process inspection
Checks at defined points during assembly, not only at the end of the line.
Testing
Pressure, flow, leakage, waterproofing, noise and aging checks on finished units.
Final inspection & packaging
Assembly is not a finished product: every unit is inspected before it is packed.
Shipment
Retail-ready packing and container loading, prepared per market.
