Start from a product that already works
Proven platform → Customization → Sample validation → Stable mass production
OEM is not a logo stamp. You choose a mature water flosser or electric toothbrush platform, we configure, brand and pack it to your market, confirm the sample with you, and then run the repeat orders on the same lines.
Mature products you can start from
Twelve proven platforms across both categories. Pick a starting point — full specifications sit on the product pages, not here.
Product names and model numbers are placeholders. Send the confirmed OEM product list and each card is filled in here; the photograph sizes are printed on every slot.
Choose a product, then make it yours
Everything below happens on a mature platform, with existing tooling. Deep structural change, new tooling or new electronics are ODM projects, not OEM.

MOQ, samples, lead time, payment
The purchasing questions buyers ask before anything else. Answers are maintained in the FAQ area, so commercial terms can change without touching this page.
What is the MOQ for an OEM order?
OEM orders start at 1,000 pcs per model and configuration. Below that, an order is usually better handled as an unbranded purchase; the exact threshold is confirmed with the quotation.
What is the production lead time?
A first order runs about 35–40 days, because it includes sample preparation and confirmation. Repeat orders run about 25–30 days. Final timing is confirmed with the order.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are agreed per order and per customer. [ Terms to be confirmed by the sales team. ]
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes. Samples are prepared against the confirmed configuration — branding, colour, accessories and packaging — so that what you approve is what production is set to run.
How long does sample preparation take?
Sample lead time depends on the configuration and branding involved and is confirmed per project. [ Exact working days to be confirmed. ]
What if my project needs new tooling or a new design?
Then it is an ODM project rather than OEM. New moulds, deep structural change, major engineering changes, new electronics, or engineering a product from your own design all go through engineering, prototyping, tooling and validation.
What can I customize on an OEM product?
For an OEM platform: branding (logo, brand marking), appearance (colour, finish), product configuration (functions and modes per model), accessories (tips, brush heads, included items), packaging (colour box, label, manual, carton, artwork) and market adaptation (charging and plug configuration where applicable, labelling, documentation, applicable compliance).
Can you supply to my market’s specific requirements?
Yes. Charging and plug configuration where applicable, labelling, documentation and the compliance documents required by the destination market are confirmed per project and per model.
What are the packaging requirements and packaging MOQ?
Packaging is part of the OEM configuration: colour box, label, manual and carton, with packaging artwork prepared for your brand. [ Packaging MOQ per artwork and material to be confirmed. ]
