OEM

Start from a product that already works

Proven platform → Customization → Sample validation → Stable mass production

OEM is not a logo stamp. You choose a mature water flosser or electric toothbrush platform, we configure, brand and pack it to your market, confirm the sample with you, and then run the repeat orders on the same lines.

OEM customization

Choose a product, then make it yours

Everything below happens on a mature platform, with existing tooling. Deep structural change, new tooling or new electronics are ODM projects, not OEM.

Branding

Your brand on the product

  • Logo
  • Brand marking
Appearance

Colour and finish

  • Colour options
  • Surface and finish per model
Product configuration

What the unit does

  • Functions and modes per model
  • Settings and factory configuration
Accessories

What ships in the box

  • Water flosser tips and brush heads
  • Accessories and included items
Packaging

Retail-ready packing

  • Colour box, label, manual
  • Carton and packaging artwork
Market adaptation

Built for the destination

  • Charging and plug configuration where applicable
  • Labelling, documentation and applicable compliance

OEM covers customization that can be executed on a proven platform. Projects needing deep structural change, new moulds, large engineering changes or new electronics go through ODM instead.

OEM process

From product choice to shipment

Nine steps, written the way a purchase runs — not the way a factory brochure reads.

  1. 01

    Product selection

Choose a suitable platform from the mature water flosser or electric toothbrush range.

  2. 02

    Requirements & customization

Branding, colour, configuration, accessories, packaging and market requirements confirmed.

  3. 03

    Quotation

Pricing confirmed against the final configuration and order requirement.

  4. 04

    Sample preparation

Samples prepared to the confirmed requirement.

  5. 05

    Sample approval

You approve the product, configuration, appearance and related requirements.

  6. 06

    Order confirmation

    Order and production requirement confirmed.

  7. 07

    Mass production

Production runs against the approved version.

  8. 08

    Inspection

Checks carried out to the production and quality requirement.

  9. 09

    Shipment

Packing completed and goods released for shipment.

Sample → mass production

Will the mass-produced product match the sample you approved?

This is the risk every OEM buyer is actually pricing. The answer is a fixed reference chain, not a promise.

  1. 01

    Approved sample

You approve the final OEM sample.

  2. 02

    Confirmed specification

Product, configuration, appearance and packaging become the documented basis.

  3. 03

    Production standard

Confirmed requirements are turned into what the line works to.

  4. 04

    Mass production

The approved version is what runs.

  5. 05

    Final inspection

    Necessary checks on finished units.

  6. 06

    Batch consistency

The goal is not "production finished" — it is output that holds to the approved reference.

OEM FAQ

MOQ, samples, lead time, payment

The purchasing questions buyers ask before anything else. Answers are maintained in the FAQ area, so commercial terms can change without touching this page.

What is the MOQ for an OEM order?

OEM orders start at 1,000 pcs per model and configuration. Below that, an order is usually better handled as an unbranded purchase; the exact threshold is confirmed with the quotation.

What is the production lead time?

A first order runs about 35–40 days, because it includes sample preparation and confirmation. Repeat orders run about 25–30 days. Final timing is confirmed with the order.

What are your payment terms?

Payment terms are agreed per order and per customer. [ Terms to be confirmed by the sales team. ]

Can I get samples before placing an order?

Yes. Samples are prepared against the confirmed configuration — branding, colour, accessories and packaging — so that what you approve is what production is set to run.

How long does sample preparation take?

Sample lead time depends on the configuration and branding involved and is confirmed per project. [ Exact working days to be confirmed. ]

What if my project needs new tooling or a new design?

Then it is an ODM project rather than OEM. New moulds, deep structural change, major engineering changes, new electronics, or engineering a product from your own design all go through engineering, prototyping, tooling and validation.

What can I customize on an OEM product?

For an OEM platform: branding (logo, brand marking), appearance (colour, finish), product configuration (functions and modes per model), accessories (tips, brush heads, included items), packaging (colour box, label, manual, carton, artwork) and market adaptation (charging and plug configuration where applicable, labelling, documentation, applicable compliance).

Can you supply to my market’s specific requirements?

Yes. Charging and plug configuration where applicable, labelling, documentation and the compliance documents required by the destination market are confirmed per project and per model.

What are the packaging requirements and packaging MOQ?

Packaging is part of the OEM configuration: colour box, label, manual and carton, with packaging artwork prepared for your brand. [ Packaging MOQ per artwork and material to be confirmed. ]
